Future Focus and Resilience for Friendly Societies
Hotel Realm, 18 National Circuit, Barton ACT 2600
Presented by the Australia Friendly Societies Pharmacies Association (AFSPA), the annual Friendlies Conference brings together representatives of Friendly Society owned pharmacies and their associated stakeholders.
The Programme
Back face-to-face for 2022 in Canberra with the theme Future Focus and Resilience for Friendly Societies. We are thrilled to present a series of valuable updates from pharmacy representatives and advisers as well as rebooting the Hackathon day with Associations Expert, Belinda Moore.
Initially dedicated to IT and software development, a Hackathon is an event which brings together a group to quickly develop new approaches to existing scenarios and new areas for innovation. Hackathons typically start with a presentation that mentions the background and objectives of the event. At the end of Hackathons, there are a series of demonstrations in which each group presents their results. All the great ideas and work-in-progress is captured and shared after the event to generally make it possible for people to share, learn from and possibly build from the ideas generated and initial work completed.
